Project Launch Workshop (see agenda) can help

A workshop designed for newly formed project teams, or teams entering a new phase of a project. This workshop is the centerpiece of a world-class kick-off. It is designed to increase the team’s common understanding of both the value and dynamics of the pending project, while building team unity in a fun atmosphere. Participants learn the principles of value-based management and apply them to their project. For maximum benefit, it is important to include all project stakeholders including users, part-time team members, and critical contractors.

For project leaders anywhere in the organization, but especially valuable to senior project managers and project office personnel. This workshop is similar in approach and content as the workshop for project teams, but there is less emphasis on actions for specific project improvement, and more emphasis on tying the lessons of the game to the project methodology of the organization.
